The short version: I collect what you type into my booking form so I can reply to you about your event. I don't sell it, I don't share it for advertising, and there's no tracking on this page. Email seth@djsayeth.com any time and I'll delete your information.
Only what you enter into the booking form:
I don't ask for and never collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this form.
To respond to your inquiry, check whether your date is available, send you pricing, and plan your event if you book me. That's it. I don't add you to a marketing list without you asking, and I don't use your information to advertise to you.
Three services help deliver your inquiry to me. They process your information on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. I share it outside these services only if the law requires it.
This booking page sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
Inquiries stay in my email and Netlify's form records so I can find our conversation later. If you book me, I keep your event details as long as I need them for the booking and my business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
Email seth@djsayeth.com and I'll tell you what I have on file, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. No account or special process needed — a plain email is fine.
Submitting this form does not sign you up for text messages. The only automated text this site sends goes to my own phone, to alert me that you got in touch. If I text you, it's me personally, replying about your event, and you can reply STOP at any time.
This form is meant for adults booking events. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
