The short version: I collect what you type into my booking form so I can reply to you about your event. I don't sell it and I don't share it with other vendors for their marketing. This page does use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, so I can tell which ads actually bring in inquiries. Email seth@djsayeth.com any time and I'll delete your information.

I don't ask for and never collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this form.
To respond to your inquiry, check whether your date is available, send you pricing, and plan your event if you book me. I don't add you to a marketing list without you asking, and I don't use your event details to advertise to you.
These services help deliver your inquiry to me. They process your information on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. I share it outside these services only when it's necessary to produce your event — with your venue, planner, or another vendor, and only the details needed, such as your name, event date, and timeline — or if the law requires it.
This page uses the following, which set cookies and collect technical information about your visit — your approximate city-level location from your IP address, device and browser type, which pages you viewed, and how you got here:
_ga._gcl.Google processes this information under its own terms and may combine it with data it already holds about you. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
What you type into the form is not sent to Google or used for advertising — only the fact that an inquiry was submitted.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no agreed industry standard for how a site this size should answer one, and this page does not currently change its behavior in response. To stop the tracking described above, block cookies for this site or use the opt-outs listed just above.
Inquiries stay in my email and Netlify's form records so I can find our conversation later. If you book me, I keep your event details as long as I need them for the booking and my business records. Google Analytics data is retained according to that service's own settings, currently up to 14 months. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
Submitting this form does not sign you up for text messages. The only automated text this site sends goes to my own phone, to alert me that you got in touch. If I text you, it's me personally, replying about your event, and you can reply STOP at any time.
This form is meant for adults booking events. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
